Since I was small I read about far away places. Saw them on television and in movies. I wondered about the people in these places and the everyday things in their lives. Their corner stores, their regular paths to school, work and home.

I've had to opportunity to travel a bit now and have had my own corner store, regular barber and fruit stand about 3000 miles from where I grew up, and it was a unique and special experience.

I've taken pictures from some of the places I've been and I hope to capture not just the landmarks but what it's like to be in these places. This is why I've converted these pictures in to Quicktime's VR format. The panorama effect puts you into these places. Most of these pictures are my first experiments at VR so they aren't perfect but are great reminders of great memories.
